Elika offers flexible delivery options tailored to your project needs:
Pick up directly from our warehouse for maximum convenience and cost savings.
We deliver straight to your job site, saving you time and logistics headaches.
Important Information:
- Delivery costs are separate from product pricing and will be calculated based on your specific location
- Please provide your complete delivery address to receive an accurate shipping quote
- A separate delivery invoice will be issued and payment is required before shipment
- Unloading is the customer's responsibility. Please review our Installation & Delivery Guide (download link: ___________________________) for detailed requirements
- If you don't have the necessary labor or equipment for unloading, we can arrange assistance for an additional fee
Estimated Delivery Times
Production Time
Typically 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your order size and specifications.
Delivery Timeline
Begins after shop drawing approval and payment receipt, whichever occurs later.
Total Timeline
Includes both production and overseas shipping, as our manufacturing facilities are located abroad.

This model allows us to deliver premium, high-end products at up to 70% less than local market pricing—while avoiding the steep import tariffs (currently up to 71%) that apply to similar European or Chinese products.
On-Time Delivery Commitment:
Elika successfully delivers 95%+ of orders on schedule.
If unforeseen delays occur due to factors outside our control (such as shipping agent issues or port congestion), we'll notify you immediately. If the delay exceeds one month beyond the agreed timeline, we'll apply a 2% discount to your order.

All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules and logistics conditions.
Insurance Coverage
Even though you pick up from our warehouse, every order includes customs clearance and insurance coverage from the point of origin to our facility.

Total loss during transit
Partial damage or breakage during transport
General Average situations (when vessel damage requires cargo to be jettisoned, all cargo owners proportionally share the loss)
✗ What's NOT Covered:
Inadequate packaging or non-compliant packing methods
Manufacturing defects (covered separately under warranty)
Professional Packaging & Handling
We take product protection seriously. Every shipment receives:
- Secure mounting on racks, pallets, or custom loose-packing as needed
- Corner protection using reinforced paper and high-density foam
- Multiple protective layers: foam wrapping, bubble wrap, and exterior plastic sheeting
- Photographic documentation of the loading process for your records and dispute protection
Delivery Inspection & Unloading Requirements
Critical: You must inspect all goods at the time of delivery and document any visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing. This protects your rights to file a claim.
Unloading is always the customer's responsibility. Please arrange adequate labor and equipment (such as a forklift) in advance to avoid delays or additional charges.
Return & Replacement Policy
Understanding Custom Manufacturing:
All orders are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications and cannot be returned once production begins.
If Something Goes Wrong:
If your products arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part:
- Report the issue within 48 hours via our online claims portal
- Include clear photos and a detailed description of the problem
- We'll review your claim and arrange replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate
Important Deadlines:
48-Hour Window: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for review.
After 48 hours, claims may not be eligible for compensation.
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic scratches that don't affect function
- Damage caused by improper handling, unloading, or installation
