Elika stands behind every window and door we manufacture. All products are custom-made in Bahrain and shipped worldwide with comprehensive warranty protection designed to give you complete peace of mind.

What's Covered & For How Long

How We Make It Right

If we confirm your product has a manufacturing defect covered by warranty, we'll take care of you. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Repair the affected product at no charge
  • Replace the defective component with a new one
  • Provide a refund or credit (in some cases adjusted for depreciation based on the age of the product)

Important to Know:

Labor, installation, finishing work, and disposal costs are your responsibility. Warranty service addresses the defect but doesn't reset or extend your original coverage period.

What's Not Covered

We want to be completely transparent about warranty limitations. This warranty does not cover:

Installation & Handling Issues

• Improper installation or failure to follow Elika's installation guidelines

• Damage from building settlement, structural defects, or foundation movement

• Improper storage or handling before installation

• Relocation or reinstallation at a different site

Product Care & Maintenance

• Use of non-approved cleaning agents or harsh chemicals

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use

• Minor scratches or cosmetic issues that don't affect performance

• Failure to remove protective stickers and films before installation

External Factors

• Accidents, misuse, abuse, vandalism, or unauthorized alterations

• Extreme weather events or natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes)

• Impact damage or breakage from external forces

Modifications

• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product

Your Responsibilities for Warranty Protection

To keep your warranty valid and ensure you're protected:

At Delivery:

  • Inspect all products immediately upon delivery
  • Report any visible damage or defects right away
  • Document issues with photos before signing the delivery receipt

Before Installation:

  • Store products indoors or provide proper weather protection
  • Remove all protective stickers and films before installing
  • Follow Elika's installation guidelines precisely

After Installation:

  • Follow our maintenance and care instructions
  • Use only approved cleaning products
  • Keep records of your purchase and installation date

How to File a Warranty Claim
